Pick your dog's food
Five honest recipes — Chicken, Salmon, Puppy, Sterilised, Senior. No 47-flavor menu, no fake science.
Bugsy is owned by no celebrity, run by no marketing team, and stocked in no supermarket. It exists because dog owners pooled their orders.

No fees, no contracts. Cancel any time. We just need to know how many dogs we're cooking for next month.
Every new member lowers the price for everyone. The math is on the homepage. Always. In real time.
More than half of what you pay never touches the food.
Three steps. One margin, fixed and visible. Everything else is food.
At today's club price of €45, you keep €27 per bag, every month, for as long as the club exists.
Every euro the club saves goes back into a lower price for everybody. Not into a war chest.
Today we keep 27.9% to run the club. It only goes down from here.
We start at 35% while the club is small — it covers the team, the platform and the trucks. As we grow, the margin shrinks all the way to 20% at 50,000 members, then stays there. Forever.
A real dog needs five recipes, not fifty. Every bag is a complete meal — no toppers, no “stage 4 immunity boosters”.
Every member you bring counts the same as you. The club moves toward the next milestone, the price falls — and the friend you brought saves too. No referral codes, no points game. Just a lower number for everybody.
Pinned to the homepage. Updated openly. Signed by every member of the team.
We started Bugsy because the price of a decent bag of dog food has nothing to do with the food.
Most of it is retail rent, distributor margins, TV time, and the smiling face of a paid celebrity.
So we removed all of it. We make the food directly with two factories, ship it directly to your door, and run the club on a shrinking margin — 35% today, 20% once we hit 50,000 dogs.
The rest is yours. The bigger we get, the cheaper it gets — for everyone.
Yes. As the club grows, fixed costs spread thinner across more bags. We don't pocket the difference — we lower the price. The four published milestones (1k, 5k, 15k, 30k) are public commitments. We'll add new ones above 30k as we get there.
If membership drops below a tier, the price returns to the previous tier — for everyone, fairly. We publish the live count on the homepage, so you can always see where we stand. No silent price hikes.
A subscription is one company selling to one customer. A club is many customers buying together. You aren't locked in — cancel anytime, no fee. The leverage is the volume, not the contract.
In two family-owned factories — one in Brittany (France), one near Liège (Belgium). They were already making excellent food for other brands. We just removed the markup chain on top.
Because shelves add retail margin, listing fees and marketing co-spend. The minute we go on a shelf, the math breaks.
A shrinking operating margin, fixed and published. We start at 35% while the club is small — it pays for the team, platform, trucks, support and a small buffer. By 50,000 members the margin drops to 20% and stays there. Anything beyond that goes back into lower bag prices.
€0 to join. Cancel anytime. 6,153 more dogs and the club price drops to €39.
